Job Description

-Overseeing, guiding and supporting all outlets and its centralized kitchen -Involved in developing and launching the kitchen aspect of each new concept, while still being actively engaged with existing outlets to provide technical support to the teams -Responsible to report and flag issues to senior management in a documented format -Menu Development -Team Training and Development -Costing of every dish or product that is to be launched at the outlets and the centralized kitchen -Sourcing new kitchen related suppliers including food ingredient sourcing and equipment; contacting them, following up with them, plus tracking progress and reporting to senior management
